Ghaziabad is the administrative headquarters of Ghaziabad district and is the largest city in western Uttar Pradesh, with 1,729,000. Govindpuram is located along the Hapur Road (NH-9) at the eastern edge of Ghaziabad. It is one of the most affordable as well as the developed locality of Ghaziabad. The locality is surrounded by village areas towards its North, East, and West direction. This place is famous for being developed and affordable at the same time. This place has great connectivity. Good things here

the buses are frequently available and there is no shortage of water .the roads are wide and clean.the area is surrounded by the plenty of trees and parks

Things need improvement

there is more traffic jams mainly during peak hours .the area has so many drainages.there is very less parking space for vehicles and the quality of water is not good

This is a very good place for living. it has nearly autosand cabs easily available.it has great school nearby.it has great restaurants near by.it has safe for children.it has been well lit streets.it has has a low pawer cuts.electrcity charges are according to market very low price.very good 👍 location. it is a good idea family lives in the space.

Good things here

Its a 2 bhk flat. well constructed and ready to move. its just adjacent to city's biggest local park/garden. Environment friendly. with all facilities and market at a hands distance. its sufficient and complete area with all good roads, market, big parks , schools and hospitals. Almost 24/7 commutable. Nearby localities are secured by central government agencies like CBI , NDRF , Local Police etc.

All good schools till class 12th are nearby. Local nearby markets are sufficient to fulfill all needs. Vegetable, Grocery , restaurants are nearby. local transportation is available day and night. Good roads and streets.

Good things here

I am living in Govindpuram. first of all there is all transport facilities available like auto , cabs , buses. and grocery shop and vegetables shops are in walking distance. And schools and hospitals also available and good many parks.

Lot of green spaces

Great cleanliness

Things need improvement

The thing I dislike first is very less Street lights on street and metro is around 9-10km away and zepto and swiggy instamart services are not available in there. And some road are not good.
