Subzi Mandi Railway station is going to be renovated, so there is a big scope of increase in value, as it is in the first neighbour of the station, metro station is very close as well, full of nice people.

partanagar is very convention to going because very near metro station connectivity to easy going to restaurant and there are very good restaurants in very low budget... near by very good school for girl safety also...

Gulabi Bagh is a great place to live because of the affordability of the properties and the neighbourhood is also safe. the roads are hygienic and connectivity is also good making this place is liveable

This area is quiet good in all terms. it has good connectivity, transportation facilities is quiet well and there are many properties available at affordable prices . there are adequate street lights making it safer even at night
