Good things here

Two Bedroom flat with large living room, two bathrooms and three balconies. The building has a CCTV, a lift & a borewell Located very near to Manyata Tech Park, KR Puram, Kalyan Nagar. Covered parking for one car and a two-wheeler. The flat comes with lighting, fans, Geyser and a chimney

As it is very near to Ringroad and the building situated at the mouth of the Horamavu main road, there will be traffic congestion sometimes but not always.

Good things here

Very clean always as this is a road end property. Absolutely no pollution and yet less then 500 meters from the main road, No crime history in the areas Well lit streets. Very good schools within 5 kms. Crysalis, NPS, Vibgyor, Vincent Palouti, Maruthi Vidyalaya to name a few

Good things here

The quality of roads is good and they are spacious, apart from it traffic manageable. Locality is cleaned regularly and maintained properly. Schools, malls, restaurants are nearby distance only. Cabs are easily available. Electricity charges are managable. No there is not frequent cuts of power supply.
