This is a very good place to live with happiness. All the services like hospital and railway are present nearby. No need to worry about this.

Due to railway facility you can face heavy traffic jam but that not the problem at all. other facility are also good.

There is frequent power cuts, the power cuts are very often during rainy season. There is much pollution in this area.

Good things here
There is easily available all great schools, malls, hospital nearby. The transport system is good so your schools, offices are easily accessible. Local markets and malls are available so you can buy daily necessities easily. Often police patrol, Cctv cameras in falt available so the locality is safe for you and your family in nighttime.
Things need improvement
There is a need of cctv cameras in the lift and there is a shortage of water in the flat. But the locality is quite good.

Good things here
This is such a beautiful flat. Rooms are well cleaned and very good. Renting cost is very good. All facilities like gym accessibility, shopping malls, Hospitals, Education institutions etc are there. Hood transport facilities are available. All over this place us very good for couples.
Things need improvement
Some road accidents occur a year ago. Traffic jams more occur in this place that's why noise pollution is very high. Sometimes air pollution occurs.

Autos and cabs and bus are available the area has a good neighbour hood there are greats schools resturants markets and it is safe.

The roads are not well maintained plus its unhygienic also there is water logging problem and pollution is high with a big crowd there.

Behala offers great access to any location in Kolkata. You will get cabs, taxis, shared autos, and buses. You can also find markets, pumps, banks, malls, and more. Crowded traffic is the problem during office hours.

I wish to highlight those living in my area. They are really friendly and helpful. Excellent connectivity with park, hospital, mall, school, and everything. Metro will be there soon which is great news. But slightly crowded zone with traffic jams and cleanliness is an issue at some spots.

Great transport and connectivity with upcoming metro. Five schools within a few minutes and also hospital. You will find medicine shops round the clock with restaurants also. But car parking space is a problem and cleanliness also.

Quiet and peaceful zone which does not have lot of pollution. Good gardens or parks. Metro is also available and also cab and auto. All school, market, hospital, etc. are there. Some traffic issues persist in peak hours. Parking issue is also there due to space lags.

Behala is a prime area, near the market, hospital, temple, grocery store, playground, rickshaw stand, and more. It is great place to live. But high population and also metro connectivity will change the face of it. Sourav Ganguly is pride of Behala.

The Behala locality in Kolkata has an excellent infrastructure. Railway station, airport, metro station is easily accessible. There are many industries in Behala namely pharmaceuticals, chemicals, plastics, painting, etc., making the roads very much congested, especially during the peak hours.

It is centrally located and close to IT hub. There are many residential projects already in Kolkata, with a lot more coming up. Multispecialty hospitals, local markets, schools and colleges are close by. It is one of the safest yet one of the cheapest places in Kolkata.
