Good things here

The locality is well maintained and surrounded by trees by all side.There is park too.There is big hospital nearby.There is available of buses and autos too so no need of worrying about transportation.

Things need improvement

nothing everything is good here except that here electricity bills comes more and tenants have to give more rent.

Accessible spot with straight forward entry to road measurement areas. Linked to public transit and metro stops. Cost-effective housing and rental options near schools such as Jadavpur university, lively local markets and numerous shopping centers featuring high quality medical facilities. Welcoming community and pleasant neighbors

Things need improvement

In certain regions, the upkeep of roads is inadequate, and a number of streetlights are not properly maintained. The issue of traffic jams is prevalent, particularly in the morning and evening rush hours and finding a parking spot can be difficult. Flooding only happens when it rains heavily. Pollution is also a major problem.

Only 2 minute-walk from DH road, Behala Tram Depot Metro, SBI Branch Bus stand, resturant and electronic outlet. Municipal Corporation office, school and hospital within 15 minutes of walk. Streetlights stay on entire night

1 Min walking distance to big markets as well as road transports. 5 min distance to medical emergencies, reputed schools, colleges, metro stations, etc. Easy to dwell in with pocket friendly budgets , and all the basic amenities are included

Good things here

This is 2 mins walk from Siritty More, and 10 minutes to Karunamoyee Bridge. Connectivity wise very good with Tollygunge metro and also towards <ahavir talla. Right next is bazaar with all essentianls available at a stones throw. Very safe and good families stay in locality and the building.

Things need improvement

I do not have dissapontments, except that the road is very busy durin office hours. There are no. of vehicles which ply on a small road.
