Good things here

There is a weekly market nearby. Street lights are installed everywhere and work properly. Schools and colleges are available nearby. Electricity and water supply is good. Public transportation facility is available. taxi is easily booked here.There is a grocery store nearby where all the necessary items are available.

Roads here are not properly constructed at many places and there are potholes at many places due to which there is a fear of accidents. Incidents of snatching are often seen here at night due to which one feels scared to come alone.There is also a need to increase medical facilities.

Good connectivity with belapur, Vashi, and Panvel via public transport and private cabs and Local Trains. There are 2 Local train station, Bamandongari and Kharkoper. Wide roads and plenty of trees planted along the footpath.

Good developments, plenty of projects, soon to be under Panvel Municipal Corporation, which means accessing better civic facilities and amenities. I am liking the experience of staying here till now. I am sure many would agree with me.

The Navi Mumbai International Airport will be the game-changer for Ulwe in the future. It will certainly get more industries, logistics, and jobs to the place. That will give a fillip to reaty markets and the apartment prices. That is what I am praying for, God willing. Overall lifestyle is nice now as well.

Still reasonable budget but won't be for a long time. Once the airport finishes, it will become the new Mumbai housing hub. So invest while you still can. I did and I am happy that it will fetch me great returns in the future hopefully.

If you have not invested in Ulwe until now, boss you don't know what you are missing. What a nice area. So calm and tranquil but with good upcoming connectivity links. Everything is just as it should be.

The condition of the roads is pathetic due to potholes and one has to take a lot of time to reach their home. Traffic jam is common during peak office hours and there is a lot of rush in the metro as well. During monsoon the roads get completely flooded

There is less parking space and this causes a lot of traffic jams as cars are parked on the roads. The drainage system is not that efficient and that can be seen during the monsoon months. The facilties on offer are decent but the price of property is a bit on the higher side.

The pollution level is very low and the environment is neat and clean. The locality is well maintained, garbage disposal is efficient and municipal authorities do a decent job. There is ample greenery in the locality and there are various parks in close range.

The metro is near the locality so one can easily commute. This is a great thing for the working class who need to commute on a daily basis. The locality also offers other transportation means. For acquiring daily requirements one doesn't even have to go far

The roads are not well maintained which makes travelling very difficult. The facilities on offer in this area are not of great quality and do not justify the high price charged on real estate investments. There are multiple issues faced by several residents and even after repeated complaints, the authorities havent taken necessary action on time.
