Very quarrelsome neighborhood. Very poor construction of 1980. Property agent will fool you by promising roof rights. There aren't any. Very few flats have earmarked parking and servant quarters. So double check before putting your hard earned money here. Better to utilize this money in a new good project.cars parked on roads .no power back up. No security for road side flats.read more
