Convenient location with easy access to main road and public transport. 950m away from Madapatna city bus stop.read more

Things need improvement

Less dense houses. Have to wait for 2-3 years at least it seems to to see some density. Till then price will go 2-3x at least of currently listed price. So considering price, it is best offer.read more

2kms from Christ University Main Campus. Forum Mall, St. Johns Hospital, Madiwala Bus Stop, local food joints and home essentials are all within walk proximity of 5-10mins.read more
