Good things here

Vysya Bank Colony in the 1st Phase is very good places for metro connectivity because Sarakki station is just a walking distance. Families can reach office easily and even the main market is reachable within 5 minutes for all family needs and grocery. Plus, the availability of shared autos is high and Maintaince of the station road is decent. Safety at night is high here.read more

Things need improvement

Vysya Bank Colony in the 1st Phase has very limited parking places for everyone living here, because houses are close together. Lanes is here very narrow and no parking is available for visitors Beacaue space is a big crisis near the TMC Layout side. Plus irregular garbage collection is making the corners dirty and Maintaince of internal roads is slow near the park.read more
