There are good government and private hospitals nearby and many good doctors are available for treatment. There is a good school available nearby. Lift facility is available here. cctv cameras have been installed for security and security guards are also available for security. There are good schools and colleges available nearby. The facilities of taxi, cab, bus and public transportation are very good. There are good restaurants available nearby where you can get everything at reasonable rates and home delivery of food is also available. There is a park nearby where there are swings for children to play. There is a mall nearby and the local market is at a short distance. read more
There is traffic noise due to being near the road. The bank's ATM machines are either not working properly or not working properly. There is no good book library nearby. All medicines are not available at nearby medical shops. read more

There are many great schools nearby such as vibgyor international school and Hare Krishna NCT convent highschool. There are many cafes and restaurants with aesthetic feel such as bookmark cafe and many other. read more
The locality is kind of well maintained there is not much pollution but there are frequent power failures. Water clogging is present in khadegoliwali area of kalyan and many potholes are present. I hope municipality looks into this soon read more

Waste Management facilities have scope for improvement. Also Dogs on roads needs to be sterilized by Municipality. read more

Project is RERA registered. Construction quality is good. View from the flat is nice. All facilities like School, Colleges, Market, Hospitals are within 1/2 KM of radius. read more
