The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Road conditions are also perfectly fine. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. I have never encountered any parking issues in the society. Covered parking is available. According to the maintenance charges all the facilities and services are provided. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done regularly on time. electricity issues are not faced at all in the society. Power backup is available for 24*7 in the society. constructuion quality is very good in the Flats, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the buildings. Flats are properly ventilated. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. The society is safe and secured. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society.read more
