road here is good and many new schools and hospitals are being built nearby. Water and electricity supply is good. street light work fine at night.local market available. Kiran store is also available

Punawale is a recent developing site. very good property are present also brts is situated very near by. they also have autos and cabs easily accessible. many school are present so very good for children also this area is very good for small children as it have many trees and garden. Also hospitals are also situated here.

This location is heart of pune. One can easily go to metro stops in near time hardly say 5 min. Wide roads and connectivity to roads leading tobeast side pune os one big advantage. Roads are good but traffic is high. Street lights, police station, electricity, and water are all in place. Noise pollution is there at times and market is a little too far. But I will still give it a decent rating on my part.

Some traffic jams are there but overall road conditions are nice. Street lights have been put throughout the road and police patrolling is also there to prevent incidents. Water supply is good but the quality is less desirable. Market is slightly far off.

I like the ambience of this area with several stores nearby and quick access to cabs. Hospitals can be accessed in surrounding areas and traveling is safe at night, with the police helpline there. The metro station is ten kilometres away. Parking space is short and afternoon traffic levels are really high, with some construction-induced dust pollution as well.

Punawale is a great area with high safety and cleanliness levels. Good street lighting and garden with ample water supply. Many kinds of stores. But lot of humidity and drinking water quality could have been better.
