Good things here

I absolutely love living in this society! The amenities are top-notch - we've got a fantastic swimming pool, a well-equipped gym, a lively clubhouse, table tennis facilities, and a great play area for the kids. Everything is always in perfect condition. The people here are incredibly friendly, which really makes it feel like home. Getting around is a breeze - cabs are just a tap away, and there's a bus stop only 300 meters from our gates. We never have to worry about water or power issues, thanks to excellent facilities and backup systems. The maintenance team is on point - they collect garbage daily, keeping our society spotless. I'm impressed by how vibrant our community is - we're always celebrating something, which adds so much life to the place. The maintenance charges are reasonable too, which is a big plus. Oh, and book lovers will appreciate our well-maintained libraryread more

Things need improvement

While there's so much to love about our society, there are a couple of things that could use some improvement. Firstly, we could definitely do with more greenery around the place - it would make our surroundings even more pleasant. The bigger issue, though, is the traffic situation just outside our society. It can get pretty chaotic out there, which is a real pain for residents coming and going. It would be great if something could be done to ease this congestion and make our commutes a bit smoother.read more

Amenities like swimming pools, a clubhouse, gym, table tennis, kids' play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Connectivity is good. The water facilities are excellent, and power backup is available. Garbage collection is efficient, with wet and dry waste collected separately. The area is very peaceful. Public transportation is available within a 100-meter radius, making it convenient. Security of the property is very good, and the cleanliness is consistently maintained. People are very friendly. Overall maintenance is good. There is parking available within a 1-2 km radius, making it convenient.read more

Metro stations are available within a 4 km radius, which is very inconvenient. There is no visitor parking in the society, which is a bit inconvenient. Additionally, there is no traffic congestion around the society.read more

Construction quality is excellent with no seepage, leakage, or cracks in the buildings. The society is well-connected with autos, cabs, metro, and public transport. Maintenance services are great with clean lifts, frequent cleaning and garbage collection.
