The locality has its own metro and railway station which further connects it with other parts of Hyderabad. Rajiv Gandhi International Airport is just 35km away and takes 50 min of driving time to reach from the locality. TSRTC buses, cabs, and autos are also available within the locality. this locality known for good quality shopping market, hospitals, schools, and colleges. Residents go to Central Mall for shopping which is available within the locality itself. The area enjoys municipality water supply.

The locality we will explore today is experiencing high housing demand due to its proximity to the major IT hubs in the west. People working in Hitec City and Gachibowli are looking to settle here. Kondapur, part of western Hyderabad, is nestled between Gachibowli and Hitec City. Gachibowli-Miyapur Road, Botanical Garden Road, Old Mumbai Highway and the Hitec City Road pass through and near the locality. Madhapur, Hafeezpet, Serilingampally, Kothaguda, Hitech City and Gachibowli are a few areas surrounding the locality. Google Campus, Hive Space Business Center, Vatika Business Center & Co-working Spaces and Doxa Business Center are a few IT employment centers present in Kondapur. Besides these, Hitec City, Madhapur and Gachibowli are around 5 to 6 km away.

This place might be a dream place for you and you can go for it without any hesitation because of its locality, which is so good and the not so crowded place will be a beneficial option for you. it's also quite near to the airport.
Things need improvement
not so near the main area of hyderabad and travelling to the main city might cause a headache for you. if you don't want to come to the main city just go for this.

Good Hospitals and Corporate schools are very near. International airport is 7 KM from here. ORR is 200 meters.

In side Shamshabad, Streets are little narrow. 150 feet road is sanctioned from Shamshabad to Mumbai high way.

Shamshabad is my favourite place since it has everything a person from a middle-class household could ever require. I think this is a major hub for middle-class housing, with a reliable road system. I have no transportation problems because the airport is close by.

One of the safest areas to reside is Shamshabad. I really appreciate how well connected the region is as an office worker. The new MMTS metro station will provide much-needed respite from the gridlock.

Shamshabad is my favourite place since it has everything a person from a middle-class household could ever require. I have no problems getting there because there is a specific metro station, and an airport and MMTS station are also on the way.

Shamshabad is a decent, safe and peaceful locality. It is one of the best places in Hyderabad. It is very close to international airport. Schools, colleges, markets, hospitals, malls and restaurants at walkable distance. There are plenty of hostels and rented apartments.

Shamshabad is a well connected area that has all basic amenities close by. There are many water bodies and lush of greenery. It is also an industrial hub. The roads are well maintained and well lit. Cabs and autos are readily available.

A beautiful locality. There are many international schools, vegetable markets, grocery stores, hospitals, restaurants in this area. The environment is very nice and clean, no pollution, not much traffic in comparison to other areas. Cost of living is a little high.

Shamshabad is a densely populated area, that has a beautiful scenic view. Transportation facility is good and cheap. Colleges are very good with best quality education. No issues with water or electricity. Traffic is a concern, as there is no metro connectivity.

Shamshabad in Hyderabad is a prominent city, which is very near to airport. Grocery stores, markets, schools, banks, hospitals, restaurants, ATMs are all nearby. It is a beautiful and nice locality that is both safe and secure. The neighborhood is good.
