Good things here

This society is fully furnished and well maintained. Water supply and electricity supply always provide everytime. There is very low power cuts, no any type of water shortage. Also there is no any water clogging in monsoon seasons because drainage system is so good. Transportation facilities are also too good.

Good things here

This is one of the most lively places in Bengaluru if you have just shifted then you have to check out the numerous cafes, clubs, organised board games and fine dining restaurants that they have. Literally everything you would want in a city is available here good food great roads, amazing people to connect with etc. The safety is also great there's streetlights everywhere and as far as I know there is no crime here. Low pollution and amazing for the IT crowd.

There is no metro connectivity here so you end up spending too much money on ola uber. Also the cost of living is quite high compared to other residential areas

There is frequent traffic jams and this is quite frustrating as one has to leave before time to tackle traffic congestion, which is quite common in this area to reach their desired destination on time. There is ample greenery in the area.

Koramangala is startup hub and so many companies are also here as everyone already know. I am working here and staying here also. So I am pretty happy with the ambience and welcoming but hip crowd.

Tons of housing choices but on the higher end considering that it is a posh area. You will find all who's who of city staying nearby. Nice roads and great connectivity overall. So it is a comfortable life when you buy property here.
