Good things here
this property is nesrby metro station and all public facilities are available in nearby of this property and locality is also safe and competitive environment is available. Appropriate grocery stores and daily necessities are available and there is gym and pool facilities is also available not the lest pricing in this area is the best if compared with delhi housing rates this is the best deal
Things need improvement
if going to east side of delhi then it takes some time best way is to take metro only this looks like a little bit issue

Good things here
i feel safe for my self and my family in nighttime within th localities. In this locality neighbor are very friendly and their behavior are very good and we can talk with any time they can help in any situation. and while talking about street lights in winter it on at 6 pm and in summer or other season it come on when it need. more helpful and led lights are fixed and safteey camera facilities also available. great school and hospital are available near by and great mall also available in dwarka which is 20 min away from this site. there is no crime in this society.
Things need improvement
there is nothing to tell dislike about this place but one thing is there are dogs which make shout in night. sometimes this is good for us for theft. this society is very good and safest society

very clean society, Vegas mall is very near to the locality no water shortage and all facilities provided nearby markets and branded shops available no problem of electricity and security

pollution should be reduced. it is not that much at high level. but in delhi there is a little pollution. no other complaints

Very friendly neighborhood and best place i have ever lived. Easy public transport, children park near, parking space is very spacious, etc. Night security should be improve.

Nawada is Nice and Good locality. It has good schools and coaching centers. Good connectivity to metro and public transport such as DTC, Ola, Uber etc. It has good stores on main road such as Redtape showroom, Rajmandir Mart, Maxx Mart,etc.

Our locality is developing day by day. It will take time because drainage system is under construction from last few months. All amenities are good such as Metro station, Banks, Malls, Hospitals, Schools, etc.
