At this place people living standard is higher compare to nearby locations, all facilities are available nearby

Connectivity good, though Mumbai city centre is very far. Neighbourhood is quite decent and people mix up freely. The Safety factor is a matter of concern. Good livability. Apartments are well built. Rent very afforadable. 1 BHK is really cheap

Connectivity ok, though services are infrequent. There are too many chawls and slums in the neighbourhood. It is not safe at night. Infrastructure in the locality is weak, waterlogging in areas, water supply and electricity issues. Prices attractive, still affordable

Very good connectivity, bullet train link coming up. Good neighbourhood full of helpful people. All amenities are available in close range, be it schools, hospitals or even markets. Transportation facilties and connectivity on offer is good and locality is well maintained.

There is ample greenery in the locality and there are multiple parks where kids can play. Not safe at night, crime reported. Liveability is ok as the place is still developing. Rent rate is afforable and properties are priced fairly.

Rail and road connectivity are good as the local railway station is not that far away. Neighbourhood mostly migrant labour who get cheap rentals, Not very safe late at night. Livability fair, water supply and electricity problem. Prices low and affordable.

super markets are at a further distance but grocery stores and basic amenities area nearby.though malls can be found at a little distance the general and basic needs of the residents are sufficiently fulfilled by the local markets and shops.

markets and malls area all nearby. hospital and schools are all close by. uninterrupted water supply. best for family living and rearing. nearby stores supply the locals with multible necessary merchandise for daily use and also emergency medicine is avalable in the local pharmacy
