Good things here

Public transportation stops are within 500 meters, making it very convenient. You can also easily book cabs and autorickshaws through apps like Ola and Uber. The society has spacious parking facilities. Monthly maintenance charges are reasonable at around 3000 rupees. Water is available 24/7, and there are power backups. Garbage is collected daily, with separate bins for wet and dry waste. The community is respectful and hospitable. Ventilation is excellent, so there are no issues with bad odors inside or outside the residences.read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality of the building is very poor, especially the fittings and fixtures. Although the building looks fine from a distance, a closer look reveals many issues such as cracks in the walls and unsatisfactory finishing work. Seepage problems are widespread, affecting residents' comfort and safety. Ventilation is also subpar, leading to high humidity levels. Amenities like swimming pools, gyms, and playgrounds often break down. The nearest metro station is about 2 kilometers away, and shops and eateries are approximately 5 kilometers away, which is inconvenient.read more

The cleanliness in the society is not well-maintained, and garbage is not collected on time. Sometimes there is littering around. There are cracks in the walls, and sealing is also not done properly.
