Good things here

Public transport options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are easily accessible outside the society, ensuring convenient connectivity. Nearby amenities include market areas, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants. The society is well-maintained with a focus on cleanliness and timely maintenance, including garbage collection, pest control, paintings, and waterproofing. Security is good with security guards and functioning CCTV cameras. My flat includes a spacious balcony, and amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and properly maintained.read more

Things need improvement

The construction quality of the building is average, with occasional issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in the society. The clubhouse is quite small, and there are no play areas or walking tracks available within the society.read more
