Insights into neighbourhood

Gomti Nagar is an upcoming locality in the Lucknow city, Uttar Pradesh. It is a planned and organised settlement. It is home to high end premium  residential  projects,  malls,  IT  parks,  commercial  property,  SEZs,  plots,  universities, business centres,  multiplexes,  clubs,  banks,  food  courts,  entertainment  centres  and  financial institutions. The colonies in Gomti Nagar are based on a 'maximum open space' concept hence most of the plots/houses are park facing. New Gomti is connected through railway stations like Gomati  Nagar  Railway  Station  &  Badshahnagar  Railway  Station  and  the  major  junction  is Lucknow Railway Station that is located  at  a brief distance  away. Lucknow’s Amausi Airport too is easily accessible from here. The locality is a booming residential area which lures several investors and homebuyers. Hospitals like Shekhar Hospital and Mevo Hospital, banks & ATMs, schools like Amity International School, Lucknow & Immaculate Conception Convent School and  colleges  like  St  John  Bosco  College  &  St.  Columbus  Inter  College  provide  the  basic structure to this area.

UK based OCI holder - DLF property possession related query
Hi Fellow OCI holders,

I have to take possession of an apartment which I bought few years back from DLF when it launched.

DLF has asked for a INDEMNITY-CUM-UNDERTAKING to be signed/attested by Indian embassy. I assumed this will be some thing via VFS ( as they have a section on attestation documents), but they said it needs to be done at embassy directly.

Question is has anyone done it ( I am sure I am not the first buyer :)) ? Can someone please share the process/experience as I will have to take a day off work and I want to make sure I get it right first time,

My wife is also a joint owner so I am assuming she will need to come with me to sign the document in HCI London?

Thanks in advance. if you have done it and don't mind having a quick call, please PM me and I will give my contact number so we can talk.
