Good things here

ITPL, GR Tech Park , Brigade Techpark, Shopping malls (Nexus , Park Square), Manipal Hospital are all 10-15 mins drive away. Walkable distance from nearest metro station. Close proximity to schools like DPS Whitefield, Whitefield Global School, NPS.

Good things here

ITPL, GR tech park, schools, malls, hospitals, hotels, restaurants, metro, temples, church etc are very near by. wider roads with gated layout containing its own temple, security guards, shopping mart, parks, jogging space etc. This layout is pretty clean and green with security and peace.

I don't see anything to dislike in this layout compared to crowded places like marathalli and other crowded areas. This layout is pretty clean and green with enhanced security and peace

The area is very safe as police patrol the area quite often and no crimes are reported. The evening and night life in this area is well appreciated as there are various big markets in clsoe range and great spots to hang out with friends are in abundance.

There is no noise pollution and one can stay in the area peacefully and enjoy the clean environment. The traffic problems in the locality are minimal and there is ample parking space as well for residents to park their vehicles.

There is a grocery store near the Kadugodi area where you can get all your daily essentials and you need not spend time walking miles away to get the grocery. There are various banks and hospitals in clsoe range as well.

The transportation system is excellent and you can get any mode of transport, be it taxis, buses or local trains for long distacne journeys or even small E-rickshaws or autos for short distance. This facilitates the residents, especially the working class to easily reach their destination before time.

There are many good schools near the Kadugodi area where your child can get admission and get quality education. The schools are well reputed and are in close vicinity of the locality, so the residents don’t have to travel much.

Whitefield workers should stay here for quick access to office and also property rates are lower. Rentals are also available like the one I got. The utilities and basics are also available for meeting all my needs. Happy that I chose to stay here.

Whitefield is very easy to access from here and this is a good plus point for the locality. Social amenities are also accessible. But only thing is that some slums are there although this is not any problem at all. I like living here.

Well I work in Whitefield but rates in Whitefield are too high for me at least. So chose this area to invest. I feel that it has good future potential although this will still take some time to manifest in the future.
