Can u please advise how is Ajnara's new project in sector 74, heard the land has been registered. Howz the builder's reputation, construction quality.
Is it a good idea to buy a property in sector 74???? Howz is the location???? can we expect some appreciation in 2-3 years time frame.

Dear Friend, I am looking for ready to move property in Central Noida. I have seen Ajnara Grand Heritage at 4800 per sq.ft. rate.

My question is, is it good to invest in Ajnara Grand Heritage. I have also seen Gulshan Vivanta, sector 137.

which is better in terms of livability and connectivity?
