This is where we live. A well maintained nest and clean society compared to many others. The association is also proactive in solving day to day issues. I would safely say this is the best you can find in this locality. You have well maintained Gym, Swimming Pool, 8 ball pool, Foosball, Carrom boards for community usage and also a full sized Tennis table! Amenities like Club house, kids park, Fully Equipped Gym, Garden to sit and Relax, Crystal clear Swimming Pool for relaxation gives you something to do in your free time. Generator for back up, intercom, security, 2 elevators & TATA/Airtel High speed fiber internet connection, This is a perfect place to live in! Also we have in house Electrician/Plumber, Visitor parking on request, Fire Safety, Top notch security with MyGate App access, Well maintained STP & Rainwater harvesting. 24/7 free ground water supply. No water scarcity till date. Shop near by at Reliance trends(5mins), Big Market(2mins), DMART(15mins), Food options of Thalassery restaurant(1min walk), Serif Bhai hotel (5mins drive), Nandana Palace(10mins), Pizza hut(5mins), Domino(5mins) & just 15mins drive to Bommasandra Metro Station.
