    Good things here

    Right next to the newly constructed highway. Surrounded by agricultural land and a peaceful location. High possibility of property appreciation as it is close to upcoming Lu Lu mall inside Shobha town park.

    Things need improvement

    nothing to dislike as it is a new society. you may have to adjust for a few months for commercial growth.

    Good things here

    Living in a serene environment surrounded with lush greenery and open space. suryanagar phase 2 is a well-planned gated community offering 24/7 security and proximity to essential facilities of schools, colleges, Hospital, Tech parks and public transport.

    Things need improvement

    Full of greenly and little away not so close and away from highway makes its less noisy. Just joking, its a nice place to stay!

    Good things here

    Yes I feel safe here in my locality. The locality is maintained very good and maintained regularly. Transportation and cab facity is good and we can easily availed this facility. The schools, hospitals and malls are good in my locality. Streetlights are well lit after 9 pm.

    The only thing I dislike about this place is traffic problem between 10 to 12 in the morning which leads to noise pollution.

    Good things here

    This layout is a very beautiful layout, where living near nature is at its premium. It has luxury club house which provides all modern amenities. there are security guards so security is not a issue either in day or in night. already few resident are living there. this close to surya city phase 1 and attached suryacity phase 2. So livability is not a issue, houses are coming up and high appreciating expected. suryacity phase 1 has 8600 / sft price and suryacity phase 2, 3500-4100/sft. builder is quoting here 4000/sft. this is BRDA approved all leading banks (axis, HDFC, SBI) are giving loan

    Things need improvement

    nothing much to dislike about the locality. METRO should have been up and running by now which is might be the only -ve point.
