Good things here

The maintenance fee is _1600 per month. Cultural events like Holi and Diwali are celebrated, and neighbors are friendly. Autos are available just outside the society, and there's a small local market nearby. There is uncovered parking available.read more

Things need improvement

Metro isn't available in this area. There are issues with seepage and the construction quality isn't great either. The playground and garden are mostly in name only; maintenance is lacking. There are no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse. Garbage collection is not done properly; cleanliness needs improvement. Although lifts and CCTV cameras are available, they are not well-maintained. The overall maintenance of the society is very poor.read more
