The place has issues like the inconsistent water supply or slower maintenance. I have observed that the persistent traffic congestion makes delays during peak hours. One note taking issue is the limited parking space which has become increasingly problematic due to the high rise in vehicle ownerships and the dense population. read more

This area is known for its established and lively community. Sanpada is valued for its strong link to the Sanpada Railway station and its cross proximity to the Palm Beach Road, which makes travelling to Mumbai and nearby regions very easy. The addition of housing developments, along with the presence of shopping centers and local markets, has enhanced the quality of life in the area. read more

Traffic jams cause delays, especially during busy times. The scarcity of parking has worsened with the increase in the number of vehicles owned and the crowded population. No nearby good parks in this area are a concern for relaxation. No metro connectivity passing line here. read more
