Construction quality is excellent with good plaster and wall standards, ensuring excellent ventilation and no leakages. Within 1 km, amenities include a bus stop, supermarket, medical shops, and vegetable market. Roads are well-maintained with ample parking and functional street lights within the society. Maintenance is outstanding with reasonable charges, and there are no issues with water or power supply. The community is friendly and peaceful, with amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, kids' play area, walking track, and party hall available.read more
