The project is strategically positioned, about 5 minutes drive from Poonamalle High Road. Even senior citizens and children feel safe going for a walk late at night or early in the morning. There are no issues with electricity or water. In the immediate vicinity, there are shopping malls, colleges, hospitals, gyms, schools, and sports clubs.
