This is a beautiful place with a lovely environment. Casagrand Asta takes care of the cleanliness in its place. Lifts are quite good. Security is at its top notch. Kids have their place for playing.

This is one of the most lovely places in chennai to live. All kinds of metro facilities are available from here. Transport is no tension as buses, cabs and bikes routes are easily available.

This lovely place is situated close to koratour lake so the view from the balcony is rally awesome. Flats are quite organised and feel good. Society is very clean and secure.

Management of this place is quite responsive. Not every facility of this place is good but they are available to solve issues as soon as possible. CCTV cameras are there in necessary areas.

Korattur is known to be a calm village in the state of Tamil Nadu. It was known as Korattur since the 20th Century. It is famous due to the Korattur Lake. The total population of Korattur is 6528 with the coordinates of 13.11149°N and 80.184413°E. The climate of Korattur is quite hot in summer yet moderate at night and there is moderate rain during monsoons. It is an integral part of Anna Nagar and covers a total area of 7.85 square kilometres. The local language spoken here is Tamil.
