Good things here

The society offers great connectivity with nearby schools, hospitals, and markets. I appreciate the designated parking, regular garbage collection, and 24/7 electricity supply. The elevators are reliable, and amenities like the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. Security is strong with CCTV cameras and 24/7 guards. My neighbors are friendly and helpful, creating a supportive community. read more

Good things here

If someone else looking for amenities,green area and peace then people can Live it at xrbia township. 1. All shops are available in walk in distance. 2. Transportation available Well Maintained Club Excellent construction . Good lift quality . Excellent place to stay for bachlors working near by IT sectors . Shopping area near by . Area covered by cctv . Located on small hill where you can go for treaking . all need food and salons presents here one milk dairy is present in the society . Gym is also very good all Equipments is present in the gym . Also Wifi series is available here, speed of wifi is too good . one small tea house is present near of club house . one small medical shop is also present here shop timeing is 9 to 12. cleaning staff is too good they clean every floor every day . Society is well maintained and if any issue arises then it gets resolved as soon as possible. read more

Far away form public transport . Apartments are very small . From main gate to apartment the distance is so long among 3 kms . The society is well organised but there is no garden to play childrens since there is no glossary and clothes Store near the society one has to go very far There is nobody to look after the general issues like if some passage loght or cctv is not working then it does not get fixed quickly. Watchmen are helpful but they don't understand much of Hindi. read more

Good things here

Parking is never a headache, thanks to the well-defined spaces provided by the society. I've never seen any water logging issues, which is a relief, especially during the rainy season. Water and electricity are always available without any major hiccups. Plus, with functional CCTV cameras, security guards, and reliable elevators, I feel safe and secure at all times. The walking tracks are a great way to stay active and unwind. But what really sets this place apart is the sense of community. Everyone is so friendly and cooperative, and we love coming together for cultural festivals and events. And the fact that it's pet-friendly just adds to the warmth of the neighborhood. Mobile network issues are practically non-existent here. read more

The construction quality is not that nuch great. seepage, leakage and termite issues happens a lot. Water quality is not at all good, tanker water quality is very poor. The society is always not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Garbage collection is not done on time. Water supply was also a concern at times. To solve any issues in the society the management takes a lot of time to solve it. Society is quite far from the market areas and the connectivity is also not good, For travelling we have to rely on personal car or cabs. Amenities are not maintained properly. read more

This apartment complex is a haven for nature enthusiasts, with lush greenery all around. While having your own vehicle is recommended for getting around, there are also convenient bus timings to Mezza9 or Dange Chowk from the society. The community here is incredibly friendly, and the guards are always ready to assist. With shops and restaurants located within the society, everything you need is right at your fingertips. The small size of the flats makes them perfect for bachelors, and maintenance is a breeze. Additionally, the gym offers affordable rates for residents. There's plenty of parking available, and the lack of reserved spots means you can park wherever there's space, or even in neighboring buildings' parking areas if needed.
