Fortune 500 companies on ORR are in close proximity to Kadubeesanahalli, Wide Panathur main road access to the outer rind road unlike congested Munnekolala, Devarabisinahalli & Bellandur. Many companies like Wells Fargo, Dell, prestige, Adobe, etc. Educational institutions like New Horizon College of Engineering, New Horizon Gurukul, etc. are located here. The Kadubeesanahalli area is filled with many labour workers who don’t maintain the roads’ cleanliness.
