The construction of the buildings is solid, and the people in the society are really friendly, celebrating cultural events like Diwali, Holi, and Durga Puja together. It's great that there's a park for the children to enjoy, and the clubhouse is in good condition. The parking area is spacious, so there's plenty of room for everyone's vehicles. Plus, there haven't been any issues with seepage or leakage in the society, which is a relief. Communication and network connectivity are good, and the lifts and CCTV cameras are working properly. The connectivity in the area is excellent, making it easy for people who commute to work regularly to access public transport options like cars, buses, autos, and taxis. Everything was really convenient to access, and the construction quality was solid. Thankfully, we didn't have any issues with seepage, and the CCTV cameras and elevators were in good condition. There are amenities like a gym and a garden. Maintenance and garbage cleaning are done on time, and the construction quality is very good. we celebrate festivals like Holi and Diwali. read more

However, there are issues with pet owners who bring their dogs into the lift and let them roam in the park, where they often make a mess. There is no swimming pool or clubhouse. The maintenance charges are very high that is 2700 rupees. read more
