Things need improvement
The major issue in the society is connectivity due to its location far inside, making it challenging to connect to the highway. Narrow roads contribute to heavy traffic congestion. Additionally, the hillside location poses inconvenience as residents have to descend for various errands. Moreover, the lack of amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or clubhouse adds to the drawbacks, as these facilities were not provided by the builder. read more

Good things here
Quality of the construction is really good as there are no seepage issues and rooms were spacious and isolated in the society. high security system in the society,cctv were there all over the area. Time to time cleaning is done in the society and proper garbage collection is done in the society. All the festivals were celebrated in the society so overall experience was good in the society. read more
Things need improvement
Society is located on the mountain side so it is risky sometime as the roads are quite twirly and the connectivity was also the draw back of this society as no transportation facilities are availabe near by the society where local or any ublic transport. There are zeo amenities in this society only allocated parking space is there in the society. read more

Good things here
Four years ago, I lived there. Inside the society, the flats were good, they were well maintained. There was only walking space around the building and a clubhouse. Lifts and CCTV were installed there. read more
Things need improvement
The location wasn't good because there were slums nearby, and the roads were in poor condition. The society was surrounded by a slum area, and there were significant leakage issues, even in the corridors. I was living in a rented flat. The builder promised many things but didn't provide a gym. I had an argument with my owner during the COVID times. It happened because I was sharing the flat with a lady, but she left. I spoke to the owner, and we agreed that I would pay the rent for the space I was using. However, when the month arrived, I paid my rent, and she texted me to pay the rest of the amount. We had already discussed and agreed upon it, and I was not stable enough due to the pandemic. I was not even receiving incentives. So, I left the society. While leaving, the security guard troubled me a lot. He didn't help me with my luggage, and he did all this because he thought I hadn't paid the rent. read more
