We don't face any water supply issues, and with power backup available, major electricity problems are a thing of the past. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are exemplary, and garbage collections are always on time. It's wonderful to have a playground for kids right here in the society, and with convenient connectivity, public transport options are readily accessible. Having essential facilities like local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores nearby makes life incredibly convenient. The roads are well-maintained, streetlights work efficiently, and there's ample parking space available. I'm glad to say that we don't have to deal with seepage or leakage issues in our apartments, and the ventilation is excellent. Plus, the spacious balconies offer a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The garden and green spaces are beautifully maintained, adding to the serene ambiance of the society. It's fantastic to have facilities like the gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse right here, offering opportunities for recreation and socializing. With a good security system in place, including security guards and CCTV cameras, I always feel safe and secure. I almost like everything in our society as the convenience factor is the best with schools, hospitals, and markets practically at our doorstep. The construction quality is truly top-notch, leaving us with peace of mind knowing that our homes are built to last. Not a single hint of seepage or termite issues can be found here. Our living spaces are like a breath of fresh air because of the great ventilation and expertly done construction, especially plaster and fittings. With designated parking spots to each and every residents and round-the-clock security, including CCTV surveillance, safety is never a concern. Our incredible neighbors who have become more like family, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere where every festival feels like a grand celebration. My society is very good; everything here is perfect. The maintenance is excellent, and the committee works very well. There are plenty of amenities available in the society. There's a playground for children, a garden, and a comfortable space designated for senior citizens where ladies can relax in the evening. Additionally, a party hall has been built for parties and other events. The cleanliness is well-maintained in the society, and the connectivity is also very good. The roads are of excellent quality, and residents don't face any problems. There is ample parking space provided - 3 BHK flat owners have allotted 2 parking and while 4 BHK owners have three parking spots available. Additionally, visitor parking is also provided separately, so parking is�never�an�issue.read more

I don't think there is anything in the society that needs further improvement because recently there was an issue with garbage around the society, but the society's RWA committee resolved it together.
