In 2024, Deepika Padukone’s KA Enterprises LLP has purchased an apartment in Sagar Resham, Bandra for approximately Rs 17.8 crore, according to documents accessed by Zapkey.com. Spread over 1,845 sqft, the property is located on the 15th floor.
As per Zapkey.com, a stamp duty of Rs 1.07 crore and registration charges of Rs 30,000 was paid for this property which was bought from Enorm Nagpal Realty LLP. This is the couple’s second purchase in this building.
