The residence has good connectivity with highways, railways too. The place is surrounded by State Highway 104 (4 km) and National Highway 44 or Outer Ring Road (7 km) away from my place.Bangalore City Railway Station (24 km) and Yelahanka Junction (8 km) are at few drive distance too. Schools such as VIBGYOR High, Sinclairs High School and Bangalore International School are nearby. I am in Silchar High School and it is quite favourable to me. Hospitals like Cratis Hospital, Royal Care Speciality Hospital and Avhieta Hospital are in the vicinity. Some malls like Elements Mall, Mantri Square Mall and Garuda Mall are also close to my apartment.read more

My father has bought this place 2 years ago at a very affordable price. The fix and fixtures of the buildings are so satisfactory as well. The project is perfect for those who love to live in a well-decorated place. The residence gives us a bunch of modern amenities with the perfect blend of traditional and modern art and designs as well. The rooms are well decorated and airy. They have a major security service with 24 hours of CCTV surveillance. Uninterrupted power supply and a decent internet access facility is quite favourable. Overall the location is relatively good.read more

Apart from these, I need to include some negativities of this location too. This place has no direct metro connectivity yet. For that, we have to face the problem regarding the traffic jams for most of the time. Slopes of Hennur Road are situated in potholes that open up during rains and this is the actual reason for making the road accidents nowadays. During monsoon we face waterlogging problem which is much disgusting to all the dwellers including me. Several internal streets that were dug up to reach sewage pipeline rehabilitation, that have been left uncovered for long periods of time. Several powercuts happen in my apartment and I can't carry on my study for that. I think authority should take steps against these. Otherwise, the place is quite good with superior amenities.read more

Kolte Patil Raaga provides a lush green atmosphere for all. The most we need in this era is a fresh and least noisy place. This residence is a perfect example of this. For me, it is perfect for a peace-loving person to his/her leisure time. The whole campus includes lots of planted trees gardens and huge lawns in front of every building. Some other major amenities include a space for doing yoga. I love to do yoga every day in this peaceful environment of this place. Basketball and tennis courts, swimming pool, kids pool, elders corner, banquet hall, community hall are present here.read more
