The construction quality is excellent with proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting. Autos and cabs are easily available. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby. There is 24/7 electricity and water supply. The neighbors are humble and decent. Regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is maintained.read more

Things need improvement

The locality is not very good, with poor roads. The nearby market is of cheap quality and unhygienic, so we have to go to other areas like Dadar for shopping or order online. There is a swimming pool on the rooftop, but it is small and poorly maintained; its heater and cleaning system do not work. While most neighbors are good, some cause trouble. Pet owners often don't clean up after their pets and don't take responsibility if their pet bites someone. The garden is small compared to the number of people, and having people and pets there at the same time doesn't feel safe. Other than these issues, everything else is fine.read more
