Good things here

Place is good overall very close to heart of the city with all amenities nearby, paras hospital in walking distance., cyber hub ,golf course and galleria market in 5-10 minutesread more

Things need improvement

prices are unreal , buy a flat in Dubai or New York for a 10cr budget , at the end of the day it’s just a flat , lot of middlemen in the game create this scarcity and bump up the prices so much that it becomes unaffordable for common peopleread more
