Good things here
Ya i have all great schools, hospitals, malls in my locality. I am saying it good the facilities in hospitals are awesome, in the malls the clothes , foodie items are of best qualities. In the schools the teacher are good they teach very well the facility are good wenever the light cut then they start generatar in my school there is 4 big generators and 10 enwator and more than 25 solar panels are there.read more

Ya i face water shortage because in my locality there is not a single well and rives after covering a long distance of more than 4 to 5 km we get water from a well and it's also not a well clean well . but we have to drink that water only because we don't have any other conditionsread more

The flat is near Rana Devi Mandir, It is a low maintenance flat with maintenance of Rs 1000/month. There is ATM, Banks, Schools, Temples, Garden nearby. It is at walking distance from Koparkhairance station and share rickshaw is available till Ghansoli and Vashi. It is 10 mins away from Palm Beach road by drive. Bike and car parking are available. Parking facility is also available here. There is a garden and park nearby where we can go for a morning walk and there are also swings for children.There are good restaurants nearby where the food is also good. Railway station is nearby. Most of the goods are not available in the shops here, due to which we have to order online or go to the market to get the goods.During rains, the drains here get filled with water and water starts coming on the road.There is also traffic jam in the evening and rainy season.read more
