Nearby, auto-rickshaws and cabs are readily available. The society is equipped with modern amenities, all of which are fully functional. There's a high-level security system in place, with CCTV surveillance covering all areas. Festivals are joyously celebrated within the community, fostering a strong sense of togetherness. Additionally, residents are known for being helpful and cooperative. Adequate parking is provided for both owners and visitors.read more

The railway station and bus stop are quite a distance from the society, which can be inconvenient. Occasionally, there are issues with seepage in the apartments. Additionally, the power backup facilities are limited to common areas only. Furthermore, cleanliness standards in the society are not optimal, with regular cleaning not being consistently maintained.read more

Booking an Ola or Uber would guarantee a prompt arrival. Garbage collection was conducted daily, maintaining cleanliness. The society boasted all modern amenities. Flats were adequately ventilated, receiving ample sunlight. The residents were friendly, and pet-friendly policies were in place. Additionally, landlords were cooperative and accommodating.read more

Autos and buses weren't easily accessible near the society, requiring a journey to reach malls and restaurants, which were limited in number and quality. The swimming pool water often appeared dirty, and the drinking water quality was subpar. Power cuts occurred on Thursdays, with backup only available for common areas. The gym, being free of charge, wasn't well-maintained. Parking was an issue with no designated area for visitors. Moisture was present on the walls, and pigeons frequently dirtied the balconies. Additionally, the open layout connecting the kitchen and hall wasn't aesthetically pleasing.read more

Good things here
There are no water logging and traffic issues around the society. Society has high security to the reseident,kids and senior citizen. Earlier there was parking issues in the society but now it has been resolves now . All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall good socialism.read more

Maintenance of the apartments is below average regarding gym specially . build quality is just average like minor seepage issues are there in the society.read more

Local market. auto stand,bus stand is near by the apartment. Society is highly mainteined by the managing commitee like all the amenities and elevators are time to time maintaned and updated. High security system to there resident .read more

Power back up connection has been allocated to common areas only. visitors parking has been allocated and there is issue regarding parking like it is very compact so builder has promised to relocate the parking space.read more

Connectivity is good as there is d-mart,dominos and othere restaurants near by the society even local transport is easily available in the society.There are 3 swimming pool,kids pool,club house,gym,football court and tenis court and even sketing space is there and very well maintained and well eqquipted in the society.Build quality is great no any kind of construction defect in the society.Allocated parking for owners only.All the festivals are celebrated in the society.read more
