Good things here

As I live here, i must say this area is a beautiful area as compared to other localities in Ranchi. Good road connectivity, nice environment, playing ground, comparatively better area for living. Morabadi is considered to be an important area in Ranchi. Major road connectivity like kutchery road, ratu road, kantatoli chowk, kantatoli via lalpur and other major road connectivity with less compared traffic. Thank you

Things need improvement

One thing i don't like about this area is that Ranchi Municipal corporation comes very less time to collect garbage which leads to a foul smell. Less patrolling as well near vegetable market

Good things here

There are low pollution because of low traffic jams .cabs and autorickshaws are available . The roads have proper maintenance and footpath are the sides . Restaurant and hospitals are near by. Parks are usually Clean and hygienic. Sam in the area increase the beauty and also help in maintaining cool temparature of the environment . Boating and many more activities are available here .

Kanke area of Ranchi sometimes has a lot of traffic , especially during weekends. Sometimes there is a lot of problem of electricity power cut. The streets are well lit at night still it is not safe of roam around that particular area at night because there are ocassional crime though rare in that particular area of Ranchi

Malls are nearby and hospitals and good schools are too any thing what you want like daily assential item are available in this area easily

Things need improvement

Rental property is very high price and electricity cuts a lot in this area water gutters are flow on the road and traffic area and not safe for girls and children afer10 pm
