with its love atmosphere and low pollution levels this area is suitable for family living and also it is one of the best areas to live . schools and hospitals are located nearby. Transportation is of no problem all parts of the city can be easily reached from this location.

a well planned and well managed locality with safety and security in each of the living areas here. markets and malls are all close by for the residents to use. communication facilities and physical infrastructure is excellent and there is no hassle faced by the people.

Anand Vihar terminal is at a distance of 6-7 mins only. Cabs, autos and rickshaws are easily available. 24x7 water and electricity supply. Well maintained and wide roads. Police station at 2 to 3 mins makes the area safe and secure. There is ample parking space.

CCTV surveillance in the streets provide an added level of security. malls like the Pacific and EDM serve the residents here. local markets cater to the daily needs of the people. lots of grocery stores and restaurants are available in this area.
