Good things here

I have lived here for almost 2 years and the advantage would be basic amenities availability at walking distance and transportation facilities. they are chain of grocery and stationery stores nearby. there are no power cuts and water shortage problems you will faced in this locality.

this place is extraordinary, and I like it so much. there are good public transport facilities, well maintain roads, friendly people, good internet connectivity, great food and a chill vibe. there are different types of shopping complexes are available in walkable distances. the roads and infrastructure are very nice, and it is a developing place that's good to live in a highly recommend area.

traffic congestion during peak hours and on chord Road is heavy. property prices and rental charges are relatively higher compared to Central area. due to internal strate parking is challenging specially for four wheelers
