Mangadu has good connectivity all together and seen as great connectivity from west to all parts of zones.

Should soon convert from Municipality to Corporation soon. Strom water drainage should be adequately cleared to incorporate the infrastructure all around

Good things here

No issues of pollutions and it will clean and well Maintained area. No water shortage or water clogging in that area even after the Nichjam storm. The area was good and have strong provision to access even at mid night. Having good Schools - Rishi International School, Velammal School, Famous Temple - Mangadu Kamatchi Amman Temple

Things need improvement

Locality was improving in nature and it was moving from Municipality to corporation hence the area was started improving like Chennai corporation.

Further, 81.88% of our total Saleable Area for completed projects were in the mid-market category and affordable housing category (with midmarket and affordable categories accounting for 48.02% and 33.86% respectively), and the remainder in the commercial and office space and luxury housing categories, as of November 30, 2018.
