Markets are within walking distance, a hospital is nearby, and there are private schools within 1 to 2 kilometres. The Molalla Clinics are well-kept and sanitary. Vegetable and grocery stores are close by, and there are easy access to cabs and cars.

This locality is near to Delhi. there are highways and bridges which connect to other places. the crime rate of this place is low and properties are within the budget level. The quality of air in this place is also good.

There are easy availability of cabs and buses. Schools, hospitals and restaurants are also there. The environment is pollution free and the prices of properties are also good. But, there are potholes on roads and problems with water logging can also be seen.

This place is very good, there are many roads in here and these are properly maintained. There is low level of air pollution and the properties here are comparatively cheaper. this locality is quiet safe and there are good transportation facilities available.
