One of the center and important area of Coimbatore. This area has all facilities starting from Schools, Colleges, hospital, malls, restaurants and etc... If you looking for a easily accessible area, this is. agood choice.

Good things here

There is a superb commercial office space near the road behind Fun Mall, featuring ample parking and close proximity to schools and hospitals. The public transport is also average here.

Things need improvement

There are no nearby parks or metro stations, and pollution from the road is a concern. The area sees significant foot traffic due to the presence of hospitals and shops nearby. It may feel uncomfortable to the families which has children to go out like parks.

Good things here

The plot is just 300 meters from Avinsahi main road and 250 meters from Vijay Elanza. The plot still has an old house with two water connections and EB connections. Clear docuemnts and titles

Things need improvement

The width of the road is 20 feet but still its in the heart of the city making it unique and the fly over completion will boost the value of the property
