Good things here

Transporation facilities available near by the society and there are railway station and bus stand near by the society.Quality of the construction is good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.High security system in the society ,all the areas are under cctv survilance.Amenities are big plus in this society as there are swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and eveything is well maintained.all the festivals were celebrated overall good socialism. read more

Good things here

There are all the modern amenities like ,swimming pool,kids play area,walk in area and club house etc in the society. Railway station and bus stop area near by the society. Build quality was top notch as there were no issues regarding cracks ,seepage and leakage Crowd of the people were really good and helpful and there were no extra rules and regulations for tenants. read more

Things need improvement

Lift of the society were not maintained well personally once i had bad experience that i got stuck inside the elevator for twice and the security gaurd helped me out when i press the emergency alarm. read more

This society is milestone if you are staying in kharghar area like everything is available nearby the society though it is regarding transport or mall and restaurants. All the modern amenities are there like swimmg pool,club house,gym garden area,tona bath all of this is functional and well maintained. Spacious parking area is there in the society. All the festivals are celebrated on grand level in that society. Managing commitee is so prompt in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Power back up connection has been given to common areas only but if you want to avail this facility you get it by paying extra. Construction of the apartment is now 13 years old so there are some issues regarding it. read more

Local railway station and metro is near by the society. Auto and cabs are easily available near by the society. Society is neat clean and well maintained. There are all the amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc and all of this facilities are really well maintained. Quality is construction is poor as there are seepage issues in all over the units of apartment. There is water shortage in the society which the major drawaback of the society. read more
