Good things here

Public transport is easily accessible, with a metro station within half a kilometer. The society is surrounded by hospitals, grocery stores, malls, and markets. Garbage collection is always on time. The lifts and CCTV cameras are well-maintained. Any maintenance issues like electrical or plumbing problems are resolved promptly. The construction quality is good; I haven't faced any damp issues, and ventilation is adequate. All festivals are celebrated together. It's a pet-friendly society.read more

Things need improvement

In our society, there aren't any amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or park. But everything else is going fine. The prices of flats are reasonable, and the location is good. Overall, I don't think there's anything that needs improvement from my perspective.read more

Good things here

I used to live there before. At that time, schools, hospitals, and markets were nearby. Autos and cabs were easily available and there used to be regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste. The electricity and water supply was regular without any breaks. The plaster and fittings were good. Amenities like the gym and clubhouse were available and well-maintained. My neighbors were very nice and friendly, always helping each other in times of need.read more

There were no amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, or garden play area. Also no CCTV cameras or security guards was there is the society when I was living there.read more

Good things here

Auto-rickshaws are easily available around the society. There are nearby grocery stores, malls, and markets. The cleaning is done on time, and maintenance of facilities like lifts is also taken care of properly. Ventilation is good. Covered parking is available in the society.read more

Things need improvement

Since it's an old society, there aren't many amenities available within. The society doesn't organize any festivals. Being old, there are occasional issues like seepage, but they are promptly resolved, so it's not a major problem. The society is far from the metro, and during the rainy season, there is waterlogging on the main road due to its poor condition.read more

This society is 30 years old and here we have friendly and humble neighbors. The connectivity is good with public transport like buses, autos, and cabs easily available. Garbage collection is regular, and there are schools, hospitals, and parking available. The construction quality is solid with no seepage or termite issues, and the plaster and fittings are up to the mark.read more

The water supply is only available in the morning, which creates issue sometimes. There are no amenities like a gym or swimming pool, just a ground and a couple of play areas. Additionally, there are no CCTV cameras or security guards also in the society.read more

Good things here

The maintenance of the society is absolutely poor, with no attention given to cleanliness. Water logging occurs during the rainy season, and water seeps into the houses. The surrounding roads are unpaved and very dirty. The building's painting is also not done on time. There is no one to maintain the society. Annually, we have to pay maintenance charges to Bhadoria, but there are no amenities here because it's an old society. We have already lodged many complaints, but we have not received any response so far in Thakkar Nagar. There is nothing good in my society, and I want to leave, but no one gives us a house here because we are Rajputs and the Patel caste does not allow us to live anywhere. There is a lot of partiality in the Nikol area of Ahmedabad. We live in a dirty area because we are not allowed to take a house in a good society due to our caste. We are educated people, but still, we are not able to find a house anywhere.read more

The water supply is good, and the quality is also satisfactory. Additionally, electricity is available 24/7 in the society. There is parking available at the backside of the society, although we do not use it as we reside on the main road side.read more
