Good things here

Located in the hotspot in Bangalore, Sahakaranagar this house is at arm's distance to the Mall of Asia or some amazing restaurants and parks but tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood packed with trees and wide roads. About 40mins from the airport and 5 minutes from the new Hebbal Metro Station.

Next door to Phoenix Mall. Schools nearby. Connectivity good. Good restaurants nearby. Airport in 30 mins or less. Planned metro rail coming up nearby

Yes, Phoenix Mall of Asia is next to the L&T Raintree Boulevard. Easily accessible IT park and great amenities.

Autos and cabs are not easily available in affordable price. Water always longing on roads and streets. Frequent powercuts in the area. Not safe for the children adults in the night. less of cleanliness and greenary environment in the area.
