The area is also known as the SRT (Single Room Tenements) and has expanded to encompass several localities nearby including the ESI Area, BK Guda and Czech Colony. There are many industrial entities in the locality including Gland Pharma, Bright Star Rubber, GM Motors, Chevrolet, Toyota and Mercedes-Benz among others. Several residential projects are coming up in the area and the Sunday Market has also come up here.

Good things here

Habsiguda is a neighbourhood in Hyderabad Telangana.It’s a nice locality and this city has metro station near 1 km.Multiple schools and colleges with in 3Kms range.Convenience stores within 500metres.Street No8 connects between Habsiguda and Ramanthapur main road.It’s also nearer to the main railways station in Hyderabad ,Secunderabad junction within range of 3-5Kms

Things need improvement

The roads in the streets is very small and roads are pathetic.Traffic jam is very high near the junction.This road connects high traffic jams from Ramanthapur to Habsiguda because it a small road from junction

the dislike thing about this locality is that there is no cleaning on the road and there is no parks are available in this locality and greenery is not available in this locality.and the road is not clean in this locality.

Good things here

Habsiguda is situated in centre of Hyderabad. Janagam highway passes through this locality. This place doesn't face any water logging as the drainage system is very well built. Telugu is the native language of this place.2bhk, and 3 bhk aRe the most common room design. Many tourist places are easily reachable from this place. Banks and ATMs are located very nearby places.

Things need improvement

Very few vet hospitals in this area. VEry few nonveg restaurants unfortunately for nonveg eaters.Due to latest development programs place has become bit noisy.

Good things here

Habsiguda, a place which anyone in Hyderabad definitely has a idea about because of its shopping malls, food centres and what not. The atmosphere here is good as it is situated just beside a huge land where there are numerous trees. All of the emergency needs are available nearby. With metro being available Habsiguda can be reached very easily. Bus stands, railway stations, schools and hospitals are all in vicinity.

Things need improvement

Despite many advantages, there are few disadvantages like during heavy rains, first half of Habsiguda connected with Ramanthapur gets filled with water completely making it difficult at times to travel. And secondly there is a little bit of water shortages in few lanes during summers

Good things here

I have live d here since one year there we can find everything in nearby , ranging from Pani puri stall to a big hospital . Schools are nearby to the children and we have a metro station nearby so that we can travel to office and it is safer to women since it's residential area where only families live , and there are even shopping options for both men and women like trends ,max ,unlimited and even we have spar supermarket which has outlets like pantaloons and all. For children also we can find some areas to play and there are even fitness stations like gyms . The best thing is that we have bus to airport .

Things need improvement

I guess parks are less available because I saw many children playing at one park ,there are no multiple options
